In most cases, complaints can be dealt with informally by the school. If you have a complaint, it is always best to speak to the Head Teacher or a member of the Senior Leadership team in person, by telephone or by sending an email to email@example.com.
If this does not lead to a resolution of the problem then the concern/complaint must be referred to the next stage of the process, which is the commencement of the formal process. If you would like a copy of the complaints procedure please speak to the school office.
