Studies have shown that children who eat breakfast have higher test scores, retain information better and tend to have more focus than those who do not.
Eating breakfast wakes up our bodies and brains to let them know it's time to get going. Even though mornings can be rushed, set your child up for success by making sure they start the day with a healthy, balanced breakfast.
We want every child at Plaistow Primary School to start the day with everything they need in order to learn effectively.
We hold a daily Breakfast Club for pupils to arrive anytime between 7:30am and 8.30am.
Children will be offered a selection of healthy breakfast options: a variety of cereals, porridge oats, bagels, juice, yoghurts and milk.
The cost of Breakfast Club is £2 per day.
Families can pay using Parent Pay (link on the main page of our website) or using Childcare Vouchers.
