Breakfast Club
Studies have shown that children who eat breakfast have higher test scores, retain information better and tend to have more focus than those who do not.
Eating breakfast wakes up our bodies and brains to let them know it's time to get going. Even though mornings can be rushed, set your child up for success by making sure they start the day with a healthy, balanced breakfast.
We want every child at Plaistow Primary School to start the day with everything they need in order to learn effectively.
- We hold a daily Breakfast Club for pupils to arrive anytime between 7:30am and 8.30am.
Children will be offered a selection of healthy breakfast options: a variety of cereals, porridge oats, bagels, juice, yoghurts and milks.
The cost of Breakfast Club is £2 per day.

Along with our range of extra-curricular clubs after school we offer safe, affordable and fun extended after-school provision for our children.

Extra-Curricular Clubs
We are very proud of our offer of clubs and extra-curricular activities at Plaistow.
Our extra-curricular clubs aim to enable our children in developing and discovering their interests and talents.
Please speak to a member of staff to find out which clubs are being offered on a termly basis. We have a wide range of clubs on offer which include football, yoga, gardening, sewing, cooking and more!
We offer one free club place each term to all pupils eligible for Free School Meals.
All extracurricular clubs are booked through ParentPay. Please speak to a member of the school office for a login reminder.
