Complaints
In most cases, complaints can be dealt with informally by the school. If you have a complaint, it is always best to speak to Dean or a member of the Leadership Team in person, by telephone or by sending an email to admin@plaistow.newham.sch.uk.
If this does not lead to a resolution of the problem then the concern/complaint must be referred to the next stage of the process, which is the commencement of the formal process.
